My name is Sandra Reeves. My husband Tom and I full-timed in a 28-foot Airstream Bambi for three years before settling into a hybrid lifestyle — nine months in our home in Bozeman, Montana, and three months traveling each year in our current 32-foot fifth wheel. In those years, we’ve camped in 43 states, boondocked for weeks at a time on BLM land in the desert southwest, navigated the national park reservation system, upgraded our solar and battery setup twice, and made every rookie mistake in the book so our readers don’t have to.
